Camelot Estates a new gated community has been talked about as being the hottest residential development in the country. All that anyone would need to live there would be to be wealthy and have the desire to live in Texas.
Kenneth Walker the developer is pleased with lot sales and the number of construction starts. But he does have some concerns. Right up there at the top of his list is money. He has a large investment out there and bad press and or bad-acting residents can turn away prospective buyers in the blink of an eye.

He is doing all that he legally can do to keep riff rafts, undesirables, and low lives out. Everyone that has purchased a home and moved in so far has been thoroughly scrutinized.
Moving forward with the final part of vetting the latest group, he is pleased with the applicants. They all look great and sound great. What he does not know is all of them are hiding something. They may not be totally what they claim to be.
The buyer that will be joining them in a few months, maybe the biggest problem of all. He is exactly what he claims to be. He couldn't hide it if he tried and he would not try.

"Listen Kenzy, I know I've been an ass and truthfully maybe you shouldn't even bother returning my calls. You're right, I've been nothing but awful since we met, driving you away yet desperate to keep you close" My heart clinches, but I dared not breathe. Too afraid to give in, too afraid that if I reach for the phone, I'll call. I'll call to make it right. I want to make it right, because this man affects me more than I ever thought he would. But it isn't right. I can't give myself false hope. "Please just talk to me, let me explain. It's not you.....it's me. I'm the asshole. You don't deserve this, you didn't. ..." He pauses and I hold my breath still, fearing he'd hear me breathe, yet, it's only his left voicemail on the phone. Not him "I'm sorry.......dammit!" And that's it, our one sided conversation ends and I'm more broken than before. What happens when your world crashes? When the people you thought would be there forever literally runs through the door without a second glance backwards? What happens with taking a step outside your comfort zone? What happens when that step outside that comfort zone turns into....well unexpected? Personalities clash, feelings are crushed and just maybe that one person you ignore turns out to be the damn life savers. Easy enough, but did I forget to mention they belong to someone else? Will what happens in summer stay with summer? The beautiful cover was done by @LittleRedConverse23, go check out her great work ❤❤❤ #thebuttercupawards2020 #RoseAwards

The villa becomes chaotic with the presence of Suryavanshi's next generation. The four children of the three brother's have grown up and are well established in society. The two brothers are sober like rabbits and the two sisters are naughty like monkeys of course the lady monkeys. What will happen when the chaos is going to meet the serenity? The four are the lives of each other. If needed either they are ready to give their life for one another or they can take anyone's life if anyone tries to harm any of them. Let's embrace them with blessings and love. So that they can find their soulmate and find home in them. The journey is like a Rollercoaster ride. This book follows an African American boy as he wonders over into the white community something not usually done. Considering that during the year 1830's New York was severely divided into pocket communities helping keep the oppressed oppressed, since they would live in cramped apartment buildings with other families while the rich lived in manors. While the immigrants worked in factories the rich turned towards investments. Matthews~ (African American) 6 years old and on the street. I watch the other children get handed bread. I watch them get taken into the homes made for children like us. My clothes are tattered and torn. I go to bed underneath boxes or in garbage cans to stay warm. Annabelle~ 20 years old, the daughter of a noble getting ready for another social event. I walk with the other women who are ahead of me. They are giggling and talking about the recent engagements, the recent social gatherings, the recent investments that potential suitors have made, yet I am simply not interested. I would rather get a job. I want to get down and dirty. Daniel~ 21 years old, a nobleman that owns quite a few acres of land for farming. Father finally died. Leaving the estate to me. I will now be able to rent out the land instead of having father put outrageous buying prices on the damn property. No one can afford them in today's day in age. Not to mention that once the property is divided up into the sectors with their own little cottages we could have our own little self-sufficient economy if I play my cards right. No, my father ever the man he was decided it was too much of a risk. Well you can roll over in your grave. I never did like him. *Warning: There may be some harsh scenes while Matthews are on the streets, and scenes that deal with death. Please be aware of this as you read. # in Historical Fiction as of: 931~ 7/14/17 302~ 7/22/17 288~ 7/24/17

"It is the enemy who can truly teach us to practice the virtues of compassion and tolerance." -Dalai Lama A confusing turn of events surrounding a seeming internet scam leads to you inheriting an impressive house and a considerable sum of money from a distant relative. Before long, you are living in your new house in Beach City. This seems at first to be a delightful happening, but making friends in your new home turns out to be a more difficult task than you had imagined, and you are left feeling very lonely... until a surprise encounter with someone who shouldn't be up and about changes your life forever. I will attempt not to specify the gender of the reader's character, though I will use male pronouns if I do (before anyone complains, most such stories assume the reader to be female). I apologize if the story is boring or slow-paced - it is written as I would act, and I am not really energetic, violent, or extroverted. Do not anticipate any racy content beyond possibly some wordplay and innuendo, if that. I apologize if there are massive delays between chapters; this is not a sign of me giving up on the story, it will just be because I am frequently depressed and extremely lazy.
