Deku is going to be the same as in canon. But instead of  passing the Entrance Exam he fails. Deku decides to listen to Bakugou's words first writing letters to his mom, Inko, Bakugou, and All Might. He goes to Aldera Junior High late at night where he jumps with his backpack on top of the roof. Kurogiri sees this saving him just in time.
