When someone instills in your mind a lesson since you were a child, you bring the thought with you until your grow up. It doesn't anymore become a lesson to keep, but a will. A will not only you are abiding by, but your whole family, your whole clan as well.
"Don't talk to strangers," and so the elders reminded us. But are all strangers really not worth talking to?
More so, what if you fall for one of them?
"It's not easy," the predator breathed. He can continue the legacy of his parents or break their clan's tradition. He can be honorable or detestable. He can save himself or save her.
"What's it gonna be?" The insolent tone of his laugh made his limbs shudder.
Two choices. The future lies in his hands now.
On cue with the sound of the thunder that resounded the walls of this cave, he was gone.

**#1 in #Darkmoon** A walk in the forest, that's what I need. A stressful day at school and a walk in the forest will relax me. This is what I do all the time. Every day without fail, I take a hour walk in the forest behind my home after school. This time something happened that I didn't even expect in these woods. At first I heard a low growl and thought it was just a dog and an owner. Then it got louder, sounding like it was getting closer. My head jerked in a direction where a twig snapped, causing my heart to start beating faster then normal. It was a bit dark in the forest, considering it was winter. Then that's when I saw it, the red eyes coming from the bushes. My feet were frozen to the spot, I wanted to run but my feet didn't want to move. I felt a hand go on my shoulder, turning my head, I saw a man, probably in his early twenties. ''Run!'' He whispered but loud enough for it to be a shout. I looked at the eyes and a hand grabbed mine, pulling me off in a different direction. This isn't the best way to meet someone but what happens when they see more of each other? Will they enjoy each other's company? Will he be able to tell her the truth? This is my first werewolf story and I know that it won't be to everyone standards but please enjoy. Copyright. "A hungry wolf at all the herd will run, in hope, through all, to make sure of one" I heard the whisper again as I sat on the forest floor, blood dripping from my wrists. I knew those words to well and with a gust of wind hitting my face I looked up to see HIM standing in front of me with eyes pure red. I smiled weakly "it's been a long time dev..." I closed my eyes then felt arms wrap around me. "To long that's for sure! What have you done" he growled. "Dev-oh no! What have you done!" I heard two other voice that made me smile. "You all left and moved on, now its my turn" I whispered. "Oh no it's not" and with that said I let out a piecing scream and I felt him bite my arm. ************* It started when I was 6, I was always the outcast of family and they made sure I knew it. So I wanted to leave and I tried believe me I really tried. But when I was going to jumped I heard THE WHISPER for the first time. And the words 'A hungry wolf at all the herd will run, in hope, through all, to make sure of one'. She....I....... I was running through the thick branches, pushing the leaves out of my way with all my might. I had to get away. The wet, brown, ground made it easier for me to slip and let her red, chilling hands slip around my innocent, scarred body, not knowing where she would take me next. I was almost out of breath, but I had to keep running if I wanted to make it out of this forest alive. My red dress was getting torn to shreds, and my hands and feet had mud all over them. My long, bushy brown hair was getting hooked on every possible branch, making me push my hair in the back of my dress, just like I used to when I was forced to cook everyday for my loathsome 'parents'. Returning back to the real world, I had to stop otherwise I would black out. I took a few seconds to catch my breath silently, and to look around to see if she was there behind me. I was looking up at the tall, old tree when I heard a twig snap behind me. Just like in the horror films. I turned and ran in the same direction, not daring to look back and see her wretched face fixed on my body. I sprinted and sprinted, but slowed down when I saw I was heading to nowhere but a ragged cliff. The unknown would me known if I continued to run and jump. I stopped two metres away from the cliff and looked down to see a valley so far down. If I jump..... I die. If I let her take me..... the unfair horribleness awaits me. I had no choice. Red is not your usual Hood. At twenty-one, she's not going to marry the Leader's son. She wants someone who loves her for her. As we all know how the famous classic fairy-tale goes of Little Red Riding Hood, this tale is slightly different. The family of Red Riding Hood play a small role and not much of them is heard of again. Especially the poor grandmother. But in this story not all is what they seem as for this fairy-tale there is so much more. One day her mother sends her to visit her sick grandmother where a big wolf stops in her path to warn her of the danger she is about to face. Can Red trust the wolf? It's only her grandmother how can she be in any danger? What is she meant to face after talking to a stranger?

Being a Human and a Werewolf is not as hard as it seems. Well, that is what my mother said. My life is not what it seems is not normal is very complicated. My mother and I have been running away since my Father disappeared. But I didn't understand why this person was after my mother until now. When she told me everything about her and my Father wasn't meant to be but they decided to stay together and they escaped from some wolf pack just because she got pregnant and didn't want them to know. Now they are after her and now that he knows that I exist they are after me as well. Not to kill me but to keep me as his prisoner. My mother told me that he is the type of wolf that if he wants you, You have to give in to him like it or not. I don't want to fall into the hands of this terrible monster. But here is my twisted version is where the grandmother was killed and having the wolf forcing Little Red to live with him, later on they fell in love and there is the leader of a wolf pack that is trying to kill Little Red Riding Hood. Her name is now just Red Riding Hood because she is not little anymore, she is a 20 year old woman living with her mother in the village. Now, Red is a story book character, but here is a story that nobody has ever heard of before. Red Ridinghood is a wolf hunter to the third degree. She is twenty five with brown hair. Her eyes as white as ice. This is how werewolves think that she's one of them, but she's not. Red carries around a bow and arrow in her little basket so that she doesn't seem suspicious. Her gran made it for her before she died from a werewolf attack. Red's first werewolf was at the age of fifteen when gran died and she has been killing ever since. But let's just go through the background details. When Red was about five, she got a red hood and a basket. She would always go from her little cottage to Gran's old home by a pathway, that was eroded with weeds and daisies, so that she could deliver her mother's famous home made jam drop biscuits. Now this is a time without any cars so it was about a half an hour's walk. Yes, Red would always hear things in the forest an turn around to see who it was. No one there. So she kept walking.
