Gina Porter loved living in Salt Lake City. Her best friend was right next door and she had two loving parents. When her dad died in a freak accident she built up walls, and begged her mom to leave the city. Ricky Bowen was crushed when his best friend left town right before her first day of middle school. But he got over it when he met a goofy red haired boy and an awkward brunette. Gina thought life would be better in New York City, but it wasn't she missed Utah.
