The Ones We Once Loved

Inspired by Ben&Ben's same title song.

Rei was sometimes misgendered for being single but unbeknownst to people around her, she fall in love as well however she often like guys whose hearts are taken.

Another heartbreak, multiple tears, faded smile.

When her heart beat so fast, she thought she was not numb anymore.

"Kaya ko palang magmahal?" tanong niya sa sarili.

But Rei immediately erases her feelings for someone who's already owned by another woman.

"Lahat ng lalaki nagugustuhan ko lagi na lang silang taken. Pagod na ako magkagusto sa lalaking pagmamay-ari na ng iba."

"..................then why don't you choose me?" he then hands her the beer slowly on Rei's hand while looking at the most broken person he loves.
