"To kill or be killed," that is the new question. Frederick Johnson is the most famous neurologist and geriatrician of Saint Luke's Group of Hospitals Incorporated. At the age of 34, he is well-loved by his workmates, elderlies, patients and even their families. With his professional and friendly façade, little did they know about his inner essence. Would he put someone in danger or would he be in danger? Would death cause him despair or would it give him satisfaction?

He would survive but something that the terrorist told him about would get into his head, thinking if he's serious or not. The last thing he said to James was... 'The Mastermind is coming for you and with the Mastermind, there is no escape, only never ending suffering'. These words would haunt James but the suffering has just began. As the story goes on, James would realise it's not going to be easy returning to his normal life as the Mastermind has plans for him and what's worse, the Mastermind is everywhere, following him, seeing what he does, who he meets, who he loves. The Mastermind is tracking his movements and James doesn't know it. What's even worse, the Mastermind can be anyone, even his loved ones, making it hard for him to know who he can trust.
