Navigating the good and bad realities of life is rough. You'll start realizing certain things hurt more now because you kept on pushing it away. The movement of life cannot be stopped, unfortunately. The happiness and sorrow, and the pain and pleasure it brings comes with growing up.

This little publication is a dump of emotions, inner thoughts, and even painful feelings that one may have experienced, will experience, or is currently experiencing at this very moment. I hope that this brings comfort to you, dear reader.

The Inner Workings Of My Mind: A Coping Mechanism || Volume 2

100 parts Complete Mature

This is the second collection of poetry expressing how my traumas, my physical, and my mental health have made me feel since I can remember. There is TRIGGERING content. I write about almost every feeling I've had since I started researching and realizing and remembering things that have happened to me. Be kind. If you read this I want to say thank you for taking the time to understand me. Definition of Free Verse Free verse is a literary device that can be defined as poetry that is free from limitations of regular meter or rhythm, and does not rhyme with fixed forms. Such poems are without rhythm and rhyme schemes, do not follow regular rhyme scheme rules, yet still provide artistic expression.
