Connie was getting used to being human again when everything changed once again. Her vampire hunter girlfriend, Lola, knows she was a vampire and so do the rest of the hunters. Now she is in training to become a hunter following in the footsteps of the original hunters.
What's worse, Lola's sister, Naomi, is Connie's hunter trainer.
It's okay though, as long as she focuses on training she'll be fine. Except the head council member makes it clear that she only has a short amount of time to take her tests, and if she doesn't pass, her future is uncertain.
Hopefully some time in the hunter summer camp, with Lola and Naomi, will help her focus on her training.
