Luck City is a pretty ironic name with how unlucky the city is with the rise of crime in it.

Severenet Shroq'tis runs a cafe with his roommate, Harper. But as a pastime... they commit petty crimes for fun. When criminals start going missing in the city, they soon realize that they are next on the list. The kill list of a deadly villain who wants to be the one and only criminal overlord in the city.
