After Lucy unfroze Jack's heart, everyone thought things would die down, but they were wrong, Looks like whatever Mother Nature was hiding came to freeze everyone in the butts. Blizzard Winters use to be A Legendary with Santa, Jack Frost and The Others, until Blizzard or Blizz's powers became to powerful for Mother Nature control, so She wiped Him of His Memories and made Him think He was A Human and He is still living That Human life till today.
