Rekindled Flames

"Rekindled Flames" tells the story of two teenagers, Ellie Routledge and Rafe Cameron, who have a complicated past. Ellie is a "Pogue," a working-class kid from the wrong side of the tracks, while Rafe is a "Kook," a wealthy guy from a privileged background.

They were once in love, but their relationship was toxic and they ended up hurting each other. After years of being apart, they find themselves in the same island called the Outer Banks and are forced to confront their unresolved feelings.
As they reconnect, they realize that they have both grown and matured since their breakup.

They are both different people now, but their chemistry is still undeniable. As they navigate their way through their complicated past, they must also deal with new challenges that threaten to tear them apart once again.

Ellie had always dreamed of leaving the Outer Banks behind, but when her dad disappeared two years ago, she was forced to return home to help her brother pick up the pieces. As she tries to navigate the complicated emotions surrounding her dad's disappearance, Ellie finds herself drawn to Rafe Cameron, a boy she used to know but has since become a stranger to her.

Rafe was always the bad boy, the one who could never be tamed. But as Ellie and Rafe reconnect, they realize that their feelings for each other never truly died.
