Avatar: The Singularity

During the early years of the Human occupation of Pandora, The scientists in charge of the fledgling Avatar program were tasked with creating a sort of security measure to ensure their occupation went smoothly. So they designed a robot like soldier designed after both the Human race and the natives of Pandora. However during development they were having issues designing a proper body structure for the machine. With the remains of a failed Avatar and a near dead individual the scientists managed to create the first and only artificial soldier as well as the first artificial life form.
