After Ultron had finally been defeated, Nick Fury saw fit to create a new group of Avengers as the old ones wouldn't be there forever. After a number of double checks on the children of the Avengers, they did in fact inherit their parents powers as well as some new ones, he called named them as, The Young Avengers Iniative.

17 Years after that, he saw that it was time they were tested to truly be apart of the Young Avengers Iniative, and Maxwell Rogers, Son of Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain America, is the first to be tested...

He Is Colonel America.
