Cuphead Inkwell, who found out he's the spawn of the Devil runs away from home as a young child and goes to the Devil's casino. This is how he becomes one of the Devil's more trustworthy 'employees', so much so, he's in charge of collecting the soul's of runaway debtors, the man has never gotten close to anyone after he found out his heritage since he knew he'd be judged, even pushing away his own brother and cutting him off entirely out of fear of hurting him or worse but when the friend of a debtor gets in his way, he takes interest in him, a Demon named Bendy Stein , a well known Mechanic and Actor. 

 (Some of this fanfiction's idea sparked whiles watching the "Debt Collector"  Animatic by "Jesterz" on Youtube! Their animatic is based on the fanfiction "An Inky Mystery" which I haven't read, it has not connection to the fanfiction for anyone wondering, the cover art is from the same artist who made the animatic's tumblr which is @paint-n-thinner for anyone wondering! Check them out! They are a Bendystraw shipper themself!)

There were dive bars and fight clubs and prostitutes on corners at night, hell, there were even brothels. Some of which were a bit more on the classy up scale type that were closer to the Devil's Casino so he and his goons and his patrons could easily frequent them but there were other, small ones where it was just girls trying to make a living or using it to make their next dime for their next hit of crack. Our story begins in such a brothel with our leading lady, Miss Shadow, as she likes to be called by her customers. maybe if you stick around you'll learn her real name and a bit about her and how she came to be where she is... One things for sure, stick around and you'll be in for a show.
