Vanora Lavellan used to enjoy her days wandering the forest, hunting, running, and being the free, wild spirit she is. That all changes when her Keeper sends her to the Conclave to spy on the shemlens of the Chantry. Next thing she knows she's in a cell being interrogated by two scary woman. The kicker? She's been endowed with a glowing mark on her hand that can help close Rifts, openings into the magical dream world of the Fade, and no one can tell her where it came from.
Now on a mission against time before the mark ultimately kills her, she must navigate an unfamiliar world full of hardship, friendship, and a budding romance with a certain elven apostate that is sure to be doomed to fail.

What Comes After (Dragon Age: The Veilguard Solas x Lavellan)
The world has done Solas a disservice, demanding so much from one man who has given up everything of himself to save a world that still demands and takes, and takes and takes and takes until he is left with nothing in the end but a shell of himself and a life full of regrets. "Why?" And yet, he still questions what Ellana Lavellan so freely gives. A (slightly) slower burn version of the Solavellan reunion at the end of Veilguard. A/N: My headcanon is that Lavellan knows (somewhat, the gist of it anyway) about his memories and the things he's done. It feels too much like a bait-and-switch to me if he only reveals it all after she's joined him in the Fade prison, and that she's been misled and lied to. It has been three months since the Veilguard fell. Three months since the rest of the Evanuris - long supposed to be dead - emerged from the Veil. Three months since Solas abandoned her. Three months that Rook has been at the mercy of vengeful, insane gods. The plan to save her, like many of the plans Solas has, is decidedly terrible. But she is at the mercy of that, too.

What if Solas never slept in Uthenera.... what if he just hid in his Glen and only came out to wander the world and help those he deemed "worthy" of his "services".... what if spirits could love as humans do.... just not while they are in the Fade.... Melava Sulevan is who people call the Gypsy Elf.... her clan was taken by slavers when she was a child many were sold some were killed and only she escaped.... from then on she was moved from clan to clan but spent most of her time out of the camps.... even though she was Dalish she wasn't very fond of the Dalish was.... their beliefs, how they treated outsiders.... when she was 4..... that is when her clan was being sold off..... she met two wolves who took care of her along her journey from one clan to the next..... they never entered the camps though.... those wolves belonged to Solas.... she named them Fen (who is all white with one blue and one green eye) and Harel (who is all black with one grey and one red eye)..... Solas watched her through their eyes as she grew into a beautiful powerful mage.... the two wolves were considered her protectors by the clans since they were always seen only with her.... her last clan is Keeper Hawen's clan.... when she was of age he asked her who's Vallaslin she wished to wear and with a serious face but teasing tone she told him "the dread wolf's"..... So she grew up the only elf without a Vallaslin till she joined the Inquisition and met Solas.... but fell in love with the spirit Cole/CompassionComplete
