He came in the night, in and out in a heart beat. He helped those in need of help and left the criminals for the police. When interrogated by the police, not one criminal or victim could identify him or any part of him. The only thing anyone had any recollection of his black cap. The cap that hid his face and was, eventually, the death of him. 

After the death of C.A.P the police have nothing to do, but find the man who beat them to it. A former prosecutor Cornelius Price is also searching for the man in black. In order to avenge his uncle, the original C.A.P, Cornelius faces the hardest decision of all; to put on the cap. 


Mysteries unfold as stories of betrayal break out into the light.
