Layra Velaryon is the only daughter of Laenor Velaryon and Rhaenyra Targaryen. When she was born everyone was in awe of her. As Layra grew older her mother had given birth to two boys who didn't share the same hair color as their sister. Layra was closer to her father and her father's parents than she was with her mother. Rhaenyra has tried to form a bond with her daughter but she pushes her away.

But what happens when she finds out she's to be betrothed to someone?
