Rix was very aware that demons existed. He would hear about them on the news every so often... usually for bad things. But to be fair, the news usually only reported bad things because 'good things' weren't interesting. So honestly, Rix was always unsure. He had never actually met one face-to-face so maybe they weren't so bad? 

Well that was what he always thought, until the night houses along his street started burning - until *his* house started burning.

Skylar Hall can't remember a single time in his life that he has had his shit together. His brother, Jessie Hall, is the complete opposite. So, after a series of bad choices, Skylar is told that one more incident will result in him being kicked out of the house. He doesn't take the threat all that seriously, until Jessie-his only protection-is accepted into a college hours away and will be leaving him. That guy vouching for him is basically the only reason that Skylar's dad has put up with his least favorite son's shenanigans all these years. So, the threat starts to feel more real. Then, it happens, and the only person left for Skylar to rely on is Ashton Rivera-who he begins to realize has some serious secrets. Secrets not even Jessie knows. Secrets that become Skylar's new mission to investigate every detail of. - [!!WARNINGS!! This book will deal with serious topics such as addiction and crime. It was somewhat inspired by my book Stalemate so it will hold some similarities to that as well! Also there's probably going to be a decent amount of violence and even more sexual content.]

I don't stare. I people watch. I simply enjoy watching people. Seeing how they act around eachother. Seeing how they are in eachothers presence. I just enjoy people. If you watch people, like I do, you'll see just how interesting they actually are. There is this group of boys who always play at the park across the street from my house. And there's always been this one nigga who stood out to me. His name is Stokeley. I've gotten to learn a lot about the rest of the boys too. Like they are all gay, bisexual, pansexual, or asexual. Symere is obsessed with PopTarts and the devil and Jordan is obsessed with Symere. Michael and Jarad basically claimed eachother but aint datin. Nahmir and Taymor have a real cute relationship goin on. Diego loves Kimetrius but Metri's so oblivious. Omar and Gazzy have a bipolar as fuck relationship. One minute they'll be yellin and fightin and the next they'll be makin out. Jay and Cordae. I ain't know a lot bout them cause they barley ever hang out with the guys. The only thing you need to know about Gus is he's a loner but a pretty chill guy. And finally Stokeley. I know so much about him but I ain't gon list them cause that would take forever. But the most important thing you need to know is I've been watching them play at the park for the past 4 years of my life. I shouldn't have been walking around alone at night. I shouldn't have stopped and watch the obviously crazy man set the building on fire. And I sure of hell shouldn't have accidentally caught his attention. Then maybe, just maybe I wouldn't have been kidnapped by the world's most evil super villain. And then hopefully right now I wouldn't be wishing that he wasn't completely crazy, and wanted to kill every super hero in the world, and that he would, I don't know, take me to the movies, hold my hand as we walked together, or maybe take me to dinner one night. He then buried them underneath his homeland and in the year 2000, it was eventually discovered and monstrous beings called "Klaxosaurs" begin appearing. The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs. Who knows what will happen.
