Quirk: Decaying dove

Quirk Explanation

How to use: Decaying dove is a quirk that allows the user to shoot feathers from their wings that will slowly decay what the feather hits depending on the size, speed and sharpness of the feather the faster it will decay. (quirk will only work when activated you can turn your wings fully able to decay if wanted)

Drawbacks: If quirk used to much the users wings will decay and to make the quirk strong it requires at least 5-6 years of training

How quirk looks on you: Big white wings, pointy ears earned from experiments

Decaying: the sharper the feather is the faster it decays, the bigger the feather is the slower it decays, the faster the feather is the more pain it causes.

Control: child you had no control of your quirk, present you will have a lot of control over your quirk, future you will have SO MUCH control of your quirk
