okay so last one didn't go in the direction I was hoping so we're doing this! here are the changes from the original MHA.
1: pretty much everything in episode 1 stays the same aside from the ending. the talk with All Might goes sour and Izuku ends up attempting suicide in front of Kurogiri's bar
2: some personality tweaks such as Shigaraki who's a bit more mature than he was at the beginning.
3: Deku got drip

Broken Mask
Deku got tired of hiding all of his emotions under a mask. Tired of keeping a smile on his face despite being constantly beaten up and ridiculed. He'd kept his mask up for so long that it was fragile as glass. The day it broke was a tragic one for his old "friend" and mother, but became a beautiful opportunity for him. The villains saved him. The villains were his family. The villains helped him put on a different mask. He was getting back at all the people who'd ridiculed him... or was he? And well, he wasn't one. He was bullied, he was made fun of, he was slightly depressed, and he lost all hope after being told he couldn't be a hero by his favorite heroine, All mighty. However, he still did get into the UA School, the school for heroines, just not as a heroine, obviously. He was just there cause there was no other school that would take him. But he did become a Hero. Just a hero without a Quirk. After finding a Chest containing Weapons, items, and other objects, he decided to become a Hero, with no quirk.
