One of the many worlds in the place we all exist in- Teyvat. Ever since the times of the seven archons- the lands was still flourishing to this day. Or at least, in the outside view. Sumeru's akademiya was gaining new knowledge by days, Snezhayan technology was evolving to no one had ever seen before.

Well, maybe one nation in the past. But their reign and name is no more- long forgotten.

Inazuma- the land of eternity and thunder, home to the generations of shoguns who ruled the lands with only one goal; eternity engraved in their mind. Ei had been no different, having lost her sister from the war between Snezhaya and Inazuma during her reign. Now, she stepped down from the throne, passing the seat to her firstborn son.

Kunikuzushi, Shouki no kami the Narukami Ogosho everlasting lord of eternal prosperity. Ever since reaching the throne, he made his name as a tyrant who ruled with a heart of iron and gaze as soft as a boulder. He had placed the nation on a lockdown as soon as an unknown disease began to spread throughout the lands of Teyvat- as Inazumans called it the Murasaki cough.

It was all over the seven nations or at least, they thought so.

A mysterious travelling doctor who had roamed all across the seven nations found herself stuck in the nation of thunder just as she was planning a revisit to Liyue harbour. She defied the shogun's commands and ran all around the spread out islands of Inazuma and treated patients best she could with knowledge from six other nations.

But where was she even from in the first place?

And why was she desperately avoiding the soldiers hailing from the nation of cryo at all cost?
