I really enjoyed hearing Keefe's POV in book 8.5, so when I started writing this, I wanted to come at the story from both Sophie and Keefe's viewpoints. Each chapter will alternate between them telling the same scene.
I also tried to answer the question of what Keefe drew in his mysterious gold journal. I hope we find that out eventually!
No spoilers. A little Dexiana sprinkled in for fun.

NO Mature/Explicit scenes. Keefe's forehead was searing hot against Sophie's shoulder, she pressed it harder against her, hoping to brand the feeling there. "You don't always mess things up Keefe." Unable to resist the soft tendrils tickling her fingers, she slid her fingers up the nape of his neck and into his hair. The sound he made, could have only be described as a whimpered groan, his arms pulling Sophie impossibly close to him. "I want you." Keefe's voice was strangled. "I want you so much, Sophie. I want you to be mine, I want you to look for me whenever you go into a room- the same way I look for you. I want you to think of me as soon as you wake up, and right before you go to sleep- the way I think of you. I want you to-" Emotions choked out Keefe's voice, Sophie pulled away just enough for her eyes to find his, Keefe's breath coming out in harsh jagged rasps, his eyes burned into hers with sheer desperation. I only write on Wattpad - if you see my book on any other app, my story has been stolen. Ok, so basically this is a Dexiana story that isn't in the Lost Cities so they're like human and not elves. I just did that because I didn't want to have to come up with some extravagant plot line of why they're there.
