At the end of both Gotham's Unknown Original and Stupid Love, our two starcrossed lovers Daniel and Sarah moved to Metropolis to start a new life. Sarah is in college to become a psychiatrist and Daniel is just trying to be normal for a change. 

Our story starts 4 years after that ending on Joker getting thrown into Arkham, where things will go from there is up to chance.
