Candace (the First Gladiator) and her adopted son Alan Harris are summoned by Candace's father, Aznavorian the Tinkerer (in his "Skeeta Jenkins" incarnation), when he discovers lost refugees from other worlds trapped in Gotham City of the Nolanverse. The refugees in question are Scooby-Doo and Mystery Inc., as well as a few characters from Sesame Street. Getting them back to their worlds should be easy, right? Well, there's the matter of two Sesame Street natives getting lost in Gotham, a determined yet dedicated police detective hot on their trail, and Candace experiencing her first-ever regeneration into Sonia, the Second Gladiator!

Their only hope lies in the Doctor, a renegade Time Lord from the planet of Gallifrey, who has visited the "Marvelous World" once or twice (or maybe more) before in her previous lives. Now, her greatest allies - the Moya crew - seek in her help to stop Thanos. But it will take more than a TARDIS and a sonic screwdriver to defeat a Mad Titan!

Now, it's up to Kara (the 13th incarnation of Neas the Gladiator of Gallifrey) and Craig, along with Bryson (Craig's cousin) and Mireya (the 7th incarnation of Neas's father, Aznavorian the Tinkerer), to save these misunderstood monsters.
