luke hemmings took an oath to provide life saving care and do no harm when he's out and about serving the community of martinsburg, west virginia.

he is faced with a lot of different situations but he does what he can in order to get the best outcome.

this is book 2 of a little luke series I have been working on.

book 1 is called 'discovery' and it shows the backstory of what led luke to become a paramedic in the first place.
