Randall Boggs is a male reptile monster who works at Monsters Incorporated (Inc) in the city of Monstropolis. He's one of the top scarers. His problem is however that he does his hardest to outscare James P. Sullivan, the top scarer just above him. He still comes in second place and this makes him feel angry and envious towards Sulley. Let alone underappreciated and recognized by others. He does however receive letters from an anonymous monster letting him know someone appreciates him the most.
