Loving Alek came easily. Being indifferent to him was the hard part. 

If I wanted any chance of surviving this breakup, I needed to get my acting skills up to par though because something tells me that his walking out the door to go to her is only the beginning of my heartache.

Learning the foundation of our three-year relationship was built on beautiful lies broke something inside of me. Finding out Alek was only with me because *she* wasn't available tore through my soul. It left me a bitter mess of broken promises and unrequited love.
