Sensitive, sixteen year old Amora has lived her life in the shadows of her toxic friend group and detached family for most of her life. However, when she meets Rosalie, she encounters a new world of colour, one she never could have anticipated. Rosalie gives her a new beacon of hope, one she thought she'd lost ages ago, but soon after this beacon crumbles to the ground when Amora's life gets turned upside down by a tragedy. Because of this, Amora is left wondering what the point of life is at all, and if love is really worth all the effort.

Can Rosalie help Amora find meaning in her life again? Can she reignite the passion that had once been so strong between them?
