Murders. Nonstop murders. That's what the director of the National Crime Agency stops. But why can't he protect these women from a ruthless serial killer? And why is there one of those women at the front door? Ivy Lowell has always had her fair share of interest in the work her father does. She has looked over case after case, brought light to evidence after evidence and practically proven time after time that she is a much better skilled detective than her father- even if he won't acknowledge it. Her brother was always the same too, Wren Lowell. At only 16, every case is censored: no gore, no abuse, nothing to make her believe that there is anything bad in the world. So instead she does everything that her prestigious school offers: running, orchestra, football, rock climbing, band, choir, debate, chess, ballet. But what if this case can't be censored, what if this case is everywhere she looks? On the news, in the media, in the paper. So its really not her fault if she gets a little too invested? I mean, surely no one could blame her. Not that that would stop her.

RAMONA

A dark academia thriller about power, gender, and the price of belonging - perfect for fans of The Secret History and If We Were Villains. When her on-campus housing fell through, Ramona thought she was just moving into an off-campus fraternity house. But her new roommates are far from the type to do keg stands. They're rich. They're powerful. They're untouchable. And they're all men. The longer she stays, the more she realizes this isn't a normal house. The men here have rules no one explains, rooms she's not allowed to enter, and a way of looking at her like she's something to eat. She doesn't belong in their world. She isn't supposed to see. But the more they try to scare her off, the more she begins to understand: maybe the only way out of their world is through it.
