"Alright, you have officially completed your generals. Now, what college are you planning to transfer to?"
"This one." I slid a pamphlet in front of her. She picked up the pamphlet and read the name.
"Good choice." She commented as she typed something into her computer. Probably making a note of it. She handed back the pamphlet and I put it into my leather bag. After a few moments of typing, she said "alright, everything is now taken care of. I hope you have a good day. They will soon contact you."
I said goodbye and walked out of there thinking about my future. Little did I know what was in store for me in the coming months.

After finishing his generals in community college, Rune Solace is now enrolled in Vetiver University, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. He ends up working at a two-story bookstore near campus, the perfect job. Rune then meets Emersyn Birchwood, an art major who goes to the same university and works in the small Café in the center of the bookstore. Their lives are turned around, is it for the better or the worse? I like to say it's for the better.
