My bodyguard

Just your ordinary rich girl or so you think.

Kuina is a rich girl due to her mother being a famous actress. Her father's side of the family has a dark past but her mother has hidden all of that from her. She lives with her mother in New Jersey. Kuina's father lives in Japan, who has a deep dark secret.

She soon finds out that her mother is sending her away to live with her father for a year, so her mother can go do things for work and she has attend school in Japan, knowing not a word in Japanese.

Now she has to say goodbye to everything and everyone in New Jersey

Now because they are rich, her father convinced her to hire her a bodyguard to protect her since she is attending a school with people that speak a different language or so she thought that was the reason she hired a bodyguard.

Her bodyguard is undercover and pretends to be her personal translator, when he is really protecting her from people who might find out who her father is and his secret. Her and her bodyguard have a connection and get closer as time passes, she confesses things to him.

Her being awoken but the sound of screams in the middle of the night, she finds out her father and bodyguard's secret. But little does she know she soon becomes a part of her father's dark secret.
