Sequel to my story "Stay Strong" on my old account (TVlover_stories).
Ryan Salvatore was dead. He was staked by an unknown person. His body was in the ground, lay to rest next to one of his friends, Jenna Sommers.
Emilio was dead. Dead as a doornail. At least, that's what everyone thought. When he woke up, he hoped his death was a nightmare, and that he would be greeted with his amazing boyfriend and daughter. But he wasn't. Instead, he was greeted by the fact that Ryan and Desdemona are dead.
But what happens when Emilio runs away from whomever woke him up. What, or more accurately, who will he find?

Life has always been the same. Eat. Sleep. Work. Repeat. All this while, it has been a hustle. I thought that finally I can take a breather. This guy is freaking rich and doesn't even work but I always had my suspicion that he is a gangster. I just need to prove that as I solve all the mysteries that I am facing every day. At the end I finally find out who he is. He is thE NEXT HEIR AND THE CEO OF THE COMPANY I WORK AT ? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN ? You love someone not knowing who they are completely. But can you continue to love them after you find out the truth ? Find out if Joshua can still love Elijah after all that Elijah brought into Joshua's life. I don't get it. I really don't. I died, I get that much. But waking up in a dark and squishy place, with absolutely NO ROOM to move, I DON'T GET. Let's recap. It was a regular day. I got up, ate, showered and went to work. I was a police officer. I was checking out a house call about domestic abuse. I didn't even get to knock on the door before a man bursted out screaming at a women about calling the pigs on him. It didn't take much to figure out he was the abuser with the way he was holding her arm tight enough to bruise. I tried to diffuse the situation, told him to calm down and let her go. He didn't like that. In the end I got shot and died. Then I woke up in a small and dark space and freaked out. Then I get pushed out only to cry and realize I'm a baby. Oh, but not just anyone's baby. I'm Miranda and Grayson Gilbert's baby?! In 'The Vampire Diaries'?! What the fuck is happening?!
