Basically, this is my fan-made concept for another Danganronpa game since the obsession crawled out of a hole and came back into my life! Anyway, I don't really expect anyone to read this, more get my ideas down on and then see what I want to change and what I want to keep!
(Heads up: I'm not caught up on any other fan-made games)

While this is a work of fan fiction, it is surrounding the world of Danganronpa which is gory, dark, brutal, and deals with sensitive topics so if you are uncomfortable or don't vibe with that, this isn't the story for you. I wanted to replicate it to the four (?) games and the animes in terms of gore and death meaning it will be dark. Very dark. Read with caution.

Hotel of Despair! (a Next-Gen Fanganronpa)
Heads Up: This is a Next Generation AU for the series Danganronpa. There will be references to all 4 games as well as the anime, so if you're unfamiliar with the series then it is highly recommended you either watch gameplay or play the games yourself, as that will give you the best reading experience. Since this story is a fanmade killing game, there will be mentions of violence as well as Major Character Death, so if you know you are someone who is sensitive to that material then it is recommended you give this story a pass. With that said, onto the ACTUAL description! ----- Hopes Peak Academy. A prestigious school, one that carried respect and praise; it is said that attending the school would grant you a successful future, whether that be money, fame, or status. The students represent the future of the world, their titles as Ultimates representing the hope that followed our future leaders. Satoshi Ikusaba, the Ultimate Strategist, had a plan on how his first day would go- he made sure to prepare for ANYTHING that could happen. Breakfast before school? Check. School supplies ready? Check. Getting him and his step-sister to school on time? Check. Passing out at the front of the school and waking up in a weird hotel with no idea how he got there? Check... Except the only problem is that the last bullet point wasn't on his list, or even something he took into account in the first place! Thankfully, he isn't alone; With his step-sister Kazue Maizono and his closest ally Jun Naegi on his side, he'll make sure to find the mastermind and put an end to this killing game once and for all! (or die trying.)

This franchise completely took over my life in 2021 and so I went a tad over board with the OC creation. There's just so much you can do with how off the rails this franchise is. Theres 4 OCs in each main game and 1 or 2 in the animes and Ultra Despair Girls. I fit them into the existing story as best I could since I didn't want to structure my own fanga. I hope I did it justice.
