My beautiful broken boy has been in my life ever since he collapsed on me in the park when we were 17. He didn't warn me of his epilepsy, I found out the hard way. I called 911 and we both went to the hospital. When he woke up he asked me my name, who I was to him and told me not to let him go. He pulled me forward and kissed me. I didn't know how significant that was until later that night he explained to me how he usually shuts himself off after having a seizure. He doesn't remember anyone and he hides. He gets scared. He said that if he kissed me or even talked to me then I was special. But i'm nothing special. He is, though. He always has been.
