Elora has always been different. She never understood why the voice in her head bullied her, or why a creepy girl was following her around. Her father was an alcoholic that beat her and her mother, he got arrested and is out of her life now. Her boyfriend claims to be able to hear and see the same things as her. Why is she different, why was she chosen to be the freak. The voice and the creepy girl aren't just inside her head, they're real, and they need her to save their dying world. Or shall I say, her real world.
