A high-and-all-mighty mother, an irritable lazy father, a vulgar discontent sister, and an illiterate younger brother, these terms labeled by Jonathan had stuck with him for years, sometimes interchanging from one family member to another. A 15-year-old teenager named Jonathan Austin was an ordinary student going through high school trying to tolerate his family's absurdity and people's idiocy in a world full of cynicism and political ideologies. He was known for his deadpan expression and sarcastic attitude. On the week of their city's festival where classes were halted, he already planned in advance to go with two of his friends to a birthday party, however, it was compromised due to his family's favors clashing in between. With that, he had to get his schedule right on track as he committed to complete all their favors for a week during the festival before the day of his friend's birthday party.

He'll say what he wants, do what he wants, and verbally bash you while doing it. That's what Travis, a soccer player assigned to be tutored by Alexander, hates most about him. Confusing feelings, a drunken party, and a month of tutoring was all it took to get Travis to realize he was head over heels for the sharp-tongued Alex. Now, if only he knew where Alex's sarcasm switch was.
