So this fanfic is based of a comic I seen by XammyOowah on twitter (they're comic where shadow and sonic go to a sonadow universe) and it's also based off sonic prime so little spoiler's if you haven't watched Sonic Prime.
So shadow and sonic are trying to find a way home through the other universes to collect all the shards together. They come across a universe we're it looks normal like their home, they look around to find their friends and the shard. Shadow turns his head away from sonic and sees something off to the distance. For those who have never read Sonic (Archie) comics I suggest reading issues 193-195, will help to understand some points of this story.
