The Upgrading Quirk

This is a story where Izuku has a quirk at birth that can upgrade itself, basically every month he has the chance of upgrading his quirk adding more and more to it but it luck based so sometimes he wont be able to. However, one day Aizawa and Nezu payed a visit to the exact same mental hospital because they got some lead about a group of villains that were after UA. He was given a natural Stigmata--the mark of those who can fight against the Honkai without succumbing to the unique form of radiation that nature's envoy employs along with summoning a host of inorganic monsters and natural disasters into the world. He had already passed A-rank and could finish college-level exams with ease, but he could not work with others. He had already been sent to quite a few subjugations for high-level threats. He was sure that only a life of fighting solo had awaited him. That was until he was transferred to the Fifth platoon under the wing of Lieutenant Commander Murata Himeko, where he met Kiana, Mei, Bronya, and so many others that allowed him to feel...human. Because of the knowledge given to him of the Previous Era by people like Tesla, Welt, and Einstein; he excepted to see nothing less than indescribable technologies, old mementos without conceivable origin, and marks of an organization oh-so forgotten. But what he certainly had never expected was to find a life-pod, the glass in front clear and pristine, with someone inside of it. But who was inside was to be discovered. Thus three routes are formed, all relating to three specific entities from the Previous Era: with all of them connected to our Captain, now tasked with helping them remember their past; while also allowing them to assist a new future without a defined ending unlike the one they had previous experienced. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Will Izuku be able to find them? And what will poor Izuku think about his new family? Will they be able to save him from himself? Let's find out! These creatures are called Okami. However, it goes terribly wrong when a herrscher among the okami awakens. This story is in a parallel universe of the Honkaiverse shown in game.
