Amaris - Child of the moon

Struck with guilt, grief, and sorrow, Amaris lives on the outskirts of the Shire in solitude ever since the mysterious extinction of her species. She believes that she is to remain alone for the rest of her existence because of her guilt from the massacre of her people. After all, why did she deserve to live over everyone else that had died? What had she done to be above them? One night, she is shot down by a certain hobbit and her life changes forever. The question is that is it for better or for worse?
Amaris learns her purpose and realizes that she doesn't want to be alone anymore. She feels a sense of longing to call someone a friend again. An unlikely friendship forms between sworn enemies, and with one, maybe even something more.

Warrior. Shadow. Ruthless. The freest of hearts and sharpest of tongues. A survivor in her own right. A human girl, born of the ancient blood of Númenor, raised by Elves. Meant for greatness, but honed on the black blood of Orcs. Léra Celebdraug is free, and not a single soul will ever change that. She writes her own fate. She chooses her own paths. No Man, Elf, nor Dwarf can stand in the way of what her heart truly desires. She wants to be feared. To be relentless. She wants the dark creatures of enemy forces to flee beneath her blade. She won't settle for shiny armor and a crown on her head. There will be blood before her freedom is ensured. Blood that runs black and red across her hands. The blood of Dwarves. Of Elves. Of Man. She will bring the world to its knees. And still she will keep up the fight.
