max and El reconnect after not talking most of sophomore year. After Lucas and max broke up for the final time Max had no one to turn to but eleven.
El became a cheerleader outfit during freshman year and became more and more popular. soon she loses more and more time with her friends untill they are nearly strangers. El wanted to hang out with her friends again but they where still mad at her for ditching them. to eleven's surprise max showed up on her doorstep one day.
soon the two became friends again. they where inseparable. along with a couple of friends El and max made their way to the top.
