After spending her whole life trying unsuccessfully to fulfil society's expectations, Luz Noceda started living with her mom's best friend Eda in Bonesborough. Finally she managed to make friends, be academically decent and most important, be herself without the fear of judgment.
Until she started to notice one of the girls that hangs out with the bullies, a mysterious girl that made her stomach suddenly backflip with curiosity. Despite the warnings of her best friend, Luz settled her mind to approach this person that looks so untouchable.
High School is about to end and soon everyone will depart to their own paths, enroll in college, get a job, everything that life has to offer to a young adult. Will Luz be able to get to know this person better before it's too late or is this person very well aware of Luz's presence already?

It was no secret amongst herself that she wanted to see and memorize Luz's abs, to feel her defined chest muscles she had surgery to make flat. to recognize the peach fuzz three months of testosterone gave her.. to drown in the smoothness of her voice. Amity still had it bad, Luz however had already accepted that Amity was taken, Amity.. hated that. After a few months, she finally managed to more or less stabilize her life, no matter the outside threats but everything changed as a new foe appeared in her life. How will she deal with the new problem? Will fighting your way through be enough?
