We all know the story of how the Hero of the wild Link, woke up after a 100-year slumber to go on an adventure to save Hyrule from Ganon.
But what if something went wrong?
What if Zelda's power did not awaken after her knight fell in battle.
With the power of the triforce still dormant the Hero's' life was lost.
As the princess was about to accept her fate four cries could be heard in the distance. The divine beasts still stood tall. The champions had not fallen to the blights, and with that the princess found the courage to face Ganon alone!
As the four Champions look towards Hyrule castle, a golden light appears, and Zelda's voice can be heard.
Zelda: The knight with the sword that seals the darkness has fallen in battle...
I will use the power of the triforce to seal Ganon until the day I die. Urbosa of the Gerudo, Daruk of the Gorons, Mipha of the Zora, and Revali of the Rito!
I entrust you to find the next knight who will wield the Sword of evil's bane.
I am sorry... it is all up to you now my Champions.... the fate of Hyrule lies in your hands....

Botw Reimagined
This is part 2 of my fanfic series, so If you haven't read the prequel of this story "Botw Reimagined: The Past", I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. Any feedback is appreciated, as well. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. The Heroes' Rebirth - REVISITED | BOTW Sequel/Zelink (The Legend of Zelda)
~Having returned after two years, I decided to edit The Heroes' Rebirth. I changed (hopefully) all of the spelling errors, fixed the grammar and changed some of the sequences of events. I added some extra scenes as well. Hope you enjoy the revised version :) HR It has been six months after the defeat of Calamity Ganon. Peace and rebirth are beginning to come upon the land of Hyrule once again. Zelda is deep in planning of the repair of Hyrule Castle and Hyrule Castle Town, and Link is busy with the cleansing of the lands from monsters. The two have had almost no time together after their fight with Ganon. Until The Last Breath
A lot of work needs to be done to rebuild Hyrule, and to convince others to help will take a lot of work from Link and Zelda. Having all his memories back, Link is plagued with thoughts and memories of the Champions, wishing he could go back in time and save them. He can't focus on the past too much though, because an incredible threat has woken up, and will certainly destroy Hyrule if nothing is done soon. Hyrule needs a hero, and that hero happens to be Link. Takes place after Breath of the Wild. The cover photo isn't mine! All character rights go to Nintendo, but the plot is mineee! The kingdom is slowly recovering after Calamity Ganon's attack ¿What's next? Some of the champions already had a life before the Calamity or the monsters hordes, some of them have nothing left, and the rest just wants to start over. Link has left his position as the Princess's Knight or at least it's what it seems; He has been reasigned to supervise the reconstruction projects; Revali was the general from his own village warrriors during the monster's attacks to the Rito village, but now that the peace has returned, he seems to avoid the return of an ordinary life so he is given the choice of being a supervisor and to be the sign-language interpreter of a certain little knight.
