He has to deal with a drunk, abusive boyfriend. Gerard just wants the old Bert that he loved, but he will never be the same and it's damaging. It's hurting Gerard and Bert because Gerard takes care of Bert, but he feels so lonely and fucking depressed. Gerard just wants someone who will really love him and not have feelings for a few months then act like he fucking hates him and wants to kill him almost every moment of his life because of his asshole friends. Isn't that what Gerard deserves?
