Y/n was taken by Hydra as a baby and experimented on with new type of Super Soldier serum. This serum, developed by Hydra, was supposed to make someone faster, stronger, even smarter. Hydra had tested their serum on multiple test subjects, but Y/n was their only success. They had been training him from birth to be the perfect assassin. When their serum worked, they started sending him after high priority targets. After Hydra's defeat at the hands of Captain America Y/n was taken by the Soviet Union to be used for their own purposes. However, the Soviet Union had no knowledge that Hydra was growing, not only inside of the USSR, but the rest of the world as well.
