This is a backstory for Eric. I've taken bits and pieces from the Divergent series and also the movie. I also used the book about Four that recently came out. It takes you through his journey through initiation on in to leadership. He also develops a love interest that isn't in either the books or the movie. The first you should know is that this is a VERY short version of Divergent; and it's been called the "best parody on here" by several different users. Don't believe me? I shall prove it. ************************ In Trisha Pretor's dystopian Toronto, society is divided into two ranks, both dedicated to a particular virtue— the Clean, who value appearance and wealth, and are judged harshly; and the Unclean, who are more casual and have a lower expectation, and live in poverty. Once they've matured, and have black eyes, teens are required to enter a virtual reality to determine which rank they are better suited for.
