Aliana Martin is a normal teenager. She gets good grades, plays softball, and has an amazing relationship with her parents, but everything changes when her father is murdered.
She finds out her last name isn't Martin, but Martinelli, and that her father was an assassin for the Italian Mafia, not to mention the don's best friend. To keep Ali and her mother safe, the don has them move in with him, his wife, and his teenage twins, Angelico and Angelica.
Angelico's nickname might have been Angel but he was far from one. He is the cold-hearted heir to the Italian mafia that everyone knows about, but no one truly knows.
Almost immediately Ali and Angel don't like each other but they are forced to live, train, and work together a lot. Who knows what's bound to happen?
