She was originally just some foster kid taking a chance on the streets. She faced the daily dangers and learned how tough and cruel the world and its inhabitants are. But she was given a new chance. She was taken in and began working at the Institute with hundreds of teenagers to benefit the world's many social issues. Bridget Walls deals with her post traumatic anxiety from her childhood, only to find out more about the world's problems, the past, and even herself.
