A quirk is just a quirk.. but what if said quirk makes you addicted to water? What if it makes you want to be in water the whole day and nothing more. Screw the land as the water would be all you need or so it felt like Izuku Midoriya.

Then there was also the pure fact that everyone on land forgot about him including his very own mother... or so he thought. There was one person who didn't forget about him. It was the one person who loved him to the bitter end and would not fear to do anything to get him back to his side.

It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there?
