Mizuki Kanako was aware that the city they were living in has its own dark side. It was shown when she learned about the numerous strange cases being kept from the public. She intended to ignore it as she normally does, but when she got herself involved in one of those cases, she realized she couldn't get away from it that easily.

Forced to follow the road laid out in front of her, Mizuki's disinterest in the world started to collapse when a strange man offered her to join their bizarre organization. Their duties? That's what she had to figure out. Despite the fact that she finally has something to look forward to, there's still a fear hiding inside her.
