16 year old Silasene used to be happy. That was before her mother died and her world came crumbling down. Now her family have hit hard times and her surly stepfather is barley able to afford to keep his crumbling mansion . he refuses to loose and so he strives to find a solution to his crippling poverty. Then one fateful day it hits him. Silasene is the answer. To solve his problems he resolves to marry Silasene off to the highest bidder , but there are a few problems, 1 - Silasene is du mute ,meaning she can't talk, 2 - she doesn't want to get married, 3 - she will stop at nothing to be free
